COLORADO-GROWN. UNIVERSALLY-ORIENTED.

“Great stories happen to those who can tell them.”

– Ira Glass

sojourn - noun / ˈsoʊdʒərn / a temporary stay; a brief period of residence.

Our philosophy creating films is the same one we use to approach daily living—growth (and ultimately, fulfillment) is rooted in hard work, meticulousness, and empathy. We strive to create films that not only accomplish our clients’ goals, but innately speak to the larger experience of what it is to be a human being: films that briefly transport the viewer into the shoes of another—a sojourn, if you will.

In order to expand our understanding of the human experience, we seek out stories in as many diverse environments as possible. We’ve shot films everywhere from Africa to Asia, from as high as the base of Everest to a hundred feet underwater. Wherever we go, we know that the most transformative stories are the ones in which we learn something new about ourselves, and those in which we allow ourselves the vulnerability to jump headfirst into the unknown. We consider our foremost calling to be the art of giving our unmitigated and active attention.

Reach out. Join us. Let’s take a sojourn together.
